It looks like the install is missing in this module. This is likely the reason why the module doesn't get activated in the module administration.

The module never got upgraded to Drupal 5.x. I had too many other things going on and ran out of time. I'll try to get this done in the next few days, as time permits.

Okay, I went ahead and did the update this morning, but I'm out of time for the final testing and submitting. I'll do that in the next day or two.

The module is now officially compatible with Drupal 5, and ready for download as 5.x-1.0.
