Write a testscript and compare core/httprl results

Unbelievable, all my findings are chance finds... Maybe there are more; I'm just trying to look manually what may be wrong.

We should run a compare script for a large list of URLs and automate this. If something differs, log it and we can manually check with wget in debugging mode what's really correct.
