I am now in the phase where I've created a database schema, but there's definitely some issues and I'd like a database expert to help me "tear it up".

I figure that since I'm almost certain to be using D7, I should get someone familiar with Drupal since we can sort out where things are done by the CMS, and where things are done in my custom tables.
This job is only for database help, but I WILL be hiring a coder (and designer), so if you have the coding skills to go with this, and the job works out well, you have a foot in the door.
So far, I have 6.5 pages of written requirements (on a Google Doc) on what I need my site to do. I'm guessing this will be 10-20 hours of database consultation work and you help me organize the schema as needed for efficient, scalable, and flexible operation.
