Investigate including WMS layers in KML feed for nodes which specify WMS overlay in Gmap module

Issue Summary

If a WMS layer is specified by the Gmap module to be displayed within a node then it would be nice to be able to include this in the KML feed of that item. Not even sure if this is possible in the KML spec, need to investigate.

This isn't possible in the KML spec, sadly.
