Since Compass will be used with existing Drupal themes, it would be helpful to add the compass init command

There seems to already be a drush compass-compile [theme_name] command available through the Compass module http://drupal.org/project/compass

If that is the case, we probably don't need ANOTHER Compass integration since the most common command would be "compass compile"
