Event repeat is installed and enabled, but does not show as an option when new events are created or edited. Repeated events that were put into the database before upgrade to Drupal 5.1 are still showing and working.

francisu commentedDid you enable event repeat in the event content type (admin/content/types/event)?
It took me a while to find this. I think it's something that needs to be better documented or something.

davideyre commentedThanks francisu. That fixed it. I feel extremely daft for not spotting that. For anyone who's as daft as me and comes across this in a search, there is a checkbox in admin/content/types/event that says "Allow repeat events". That has to be ticked.

alexwech commentedHey everyone,
I had the same problem with finding where to check the box to allow repeat events. For all of you who cannot find the admin/content management/content types.. page, you probably have to unhide it in the site building/menus.. page.
I spent countless hours looking for the content types page, so I just thought if anyone out there has this problem, follow these instructions and save yourself some stress.

seanbfuller commentedI've added some additional links and help links to make sure that some of these common errors are addressed. Committed to 5.x-1.x and 5.x-2.x.
