how can i delete shouts??

I installed the shoutbox on my site, and i can't find anyplace where i can delete shouts. although i gave registered users and even annonymous users the permissions to delete their shouts. I go to the shoutbox settings and almost every other menu in the site to find a place to enable me to delete shouts, but i can't find it. What do i have missing? Did I need to install in adition to rules and shoutbox and tags etc any other modules to make deleting shouts possible? can someone give me some instructions on how to make this feature work?
