Patch for working pager in table (and more stable with new items in result set) [#1428870]

I wrote a patch for the pager when used with a table.

Didin't test it with exposed filters, but should work, since it it is tested with arguments... (and working).

Is this a patch against Views project? Shouldn't it be against a file on DraggableViews project?

It introduces a custom pager.

I think the missing file is in the issue queue but I could be wrong.

Even though these patch might be further along, I am marking this as duplicate of #1551230: Add pager support for DraggableViews tables

@Frans if you could respond about the miss pager file, that would be great
