The link provided by the User Account Tabs module at 'user/1/notifications' says "Edit your notifications settings" and links to the user account edit form (user/1/edit).

There are however, no available notification settings available on this form to edit? Should there be? What is the purpose of this link?

I too would like to know this. I don't see any option for the user to set the notification interval in the user page. This was available in the D6 version.

plus one. Defaults to the only choice: immediately. Need to have the digest option like in Drupal 6.
