Module: User Account Tabs

The function to 'Temporarily disable all your subscriptions' (user/1/notifications/update/disable) from the User account tab throws an error:

Theme key "notifications_manage_subscriptions_filter_form" not found.

I receive the same error in Reports >> Recent log messages every time a user accesses the Subscriptions tab. Is there a status update on this?
