Label required to add, but not actually required (minor usability)

A slight usability quirk ..

A label is required to create the field group, but you can 'empty out' the label after creating it, thus it is not actually required.

The proposed usability adjustment would be to not require a label for field group creation, removing the extra step of emptying out the label after creation.
