Hello,
I give up on trying to figure out Drupal. I'd like hire someone to do some tweaks to my website and
upgrade it to 5.1 and some minor database optimizations because I keep getting blank pages in
the admin area and have to hit the reload button several times. I want to change the layout of
EclipseMagazine.com to be more like a regular news site like cnn.com or msnbc.com, or the NY Observer
or "blog network" layout like (the bottom of joystiq.com where they have the multicolumn blocks that highlight
Weblog Network blogs).
I'd like to keep my current theme, but change the banner from a flash banner to a static banner, and
a fix to the mail module because for some reason I just can't get that or the simple news mod
to work. I'd also like the RSS Feed buttons to be more prominently displayed. Also, I'd
like to change forums to something else or add notification options to the current forum.
This work should be fairly simple and require less than a couple of hours (as all of the changes
are cosmetic - except for the upgrade) for people experienced with
Drupal and Views and Panels. But for me, I don't have the patience to deal any longer.
