Hello,

I am using Drupal for long time. I have tested other Content Management Systems like Joomla, PHP-Fusion...

Joomla is good, but it requires good knowledge about that script, for example it's complicated when you want add page in Joomla. It's not organized for me.

PHP-Fusion lightweight script for small website, can't be extended to better functionality without knowledge about PHP, MySQL... You can't do much with that script.

Drupal, Easy, Professional, Fast. That's why it's the best script. You can edit whole content from visitor view, very easy to manage, At start there is few modules that are needed for everyone to start website. Advanced statistics of every visit, I love this. The only thing i would like to change in Drupal is the content categorisation (Taxonomy) which needs some skills to operate it well. Professional because almost everything can be edited via administrator's panel. Fast because it uses much less resources than other popular CMS.

Every module in Drupal it's free unlike in Joomla. If i need shoutbox f or example, i just go ahead to Drupal page and download it, not sitting whole day for searching free shoutbox on Joomla which has bugs... :)

Good. Most people here agree with you!

But I find a lot wrong with Drupal too. For example upgrading a complex site can be a nightmare. Have you tried upgrading a complex site from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7 ? :P

No, i never upgrading from drupal 6 to 7.

But when a Drupal version is end of life you need to upgrade because of the lack of security fixes. This is one reason I say to people to Wordpress if they do not need Drupal's features. Drupal lacks 'backwards compatibility.' It is also a reason to keep sites a simple as possible, so when it is time to upgrade there is less in the way of contributed modules, custom modules, and themes to be ported.
