I'm not sure if this is a APK issue or a Panels issue but for some reason the panes in the profile page have completely disappeared. They were working OK up until recently. I tried everything to get it to work but to no avail. Has anyone come across this before?

Update: I've been making some changes to the site lately which lead me to believe one or more of those changes are the cause of this issue. So I began by disable newly added modules. I first disabled the qtchat module and found that the panes began to show up but they were all aligned to the left of the page. So I searched drupal dot org for this and found a thread (http://drupal.org/node/958088) that I actually recall going to before and I remember applying the suggested patch in post #12 back then. I double checked my files to confirm and I was right. So I though maybe I just need to clear my cache. That resulted in the panes disappearing again! So now I'm back at square 1 but I tell you this story since there may be a clue as to what the issue is in it. Anyone Have any Ideas?

ok it happened again. I uninstalled a few more modules and the panes showed up. I clear my cache and they disappear again. any ideas?
