Drupal Email Contact List Mgmt

Does Drupal have a functionality whereby users can import their web-based email contact list and automatically invite their contacts to be networked to them, something like a Plaxo system. Much of the social networking sites like Facebook, Myspace, Hi5 etc all have that functionality. Does Drupal have that.
