I created my site with Drupal6 in IXWebhosting.
And my site's visiter is very low, maybe 300visit/per day.
But I received a ticket from IX, and suspend my site.

It would be useful to know what 188,17 means, from the header I think that means 188.17 minutes which would be over 3 hours of cpu usage which seems very high for a low traffic site. I would try and determine what is the cause of the problem (hard since they disabled your site).
