Consider the following HTML snippet
<table> <tr><td style='background:black'></td></tr></table>

After the wysiwyg filter runs on it it becomes.
<table> <tr><td></td></tr></table>

I have tracked it down to the regular expression for checking the background style

Verified this bug, fixed the patch to make it work on (the currently latest): 6.x-1.x-dev, 7.x-1.x-dev and 7.x-1.6-rc2
