Hi I encountered many duplicated images like imagefile.preview_0.jpg, imagefile.preview_1.jpg ... when the size of the imagefile.jpg is less than the preview size which defined in the admin.

I found some patches for v4.6, but it seems not working with current version. I'm appreciated if someone could help me on this. Thanks.
