Since my server got php 5.3 i (and my users) am unable to upload avatars. Tried the latest stable avatar selection and also the dev. both do not work.

I don't get any error in my reports. When i upload and save the page, the avatar is not changed. I keep my selected avatar which is chosen from the avatars list. I'm also not sure where the avatars should be uploaded to, when i check the core settings page for users they should go to the avatar_section folder in the files folder, but i don't see any custom uploaded avatars in there either.

Tested the dev version on a server running PHP 5.3.2 and couldn't reproduce the problem. What are your module settings? Any errors in the Apache logs?

If a user uploads an avatar through their user profile, then the image is added to the files/pictures/ directory as per normal. The only time files are added to the files/avatar_selection/ directory is via the admin upload form.
