Installed fine, logged out, won't log back in. Default theme. No error.

I'm not saying I'm not overlooking something completely obvious.

This has happened multiple times on multiple machines.

I'm running a local WAMP stack.

I do a clearn install of Drupal with a clean MySql database. It finsihes the install and I use the same uername and passwoer (admin/test1234) and it won't log back in, and gives no error.

This is on the localhost/user page.

Tried copying and pasting the username and password from a multi-clipboard so I don't think it's not a typo issue.

Dead in the water if I can't login as admin.

Any thoughts or ideas?
