Change ownership of Sports Club Management

I see no indication of activity on this project, either in the issue queue or code repository.

If the original maintainer is no longer actively supporting this project, I'd like to apply to take over the project namespace for a similar D7 module (A sports/league API built on Drupal 7 entities, as opposed to nodes).

If successful, my attention would be spent on the 7.x branches of the project, but I would be willing to leave the existing 6.x branch in the repository (in an 'unsupported' state) for any sites still actively using the code base.

If this project is still being actively maintained, and the maintainer does not wish to release the namespace, then please respond so that I can make other namespace arrangements.
