When I click on pictures, they will not load in Lightbox2, and Ligthbox2 work with every other images. I tryed to use the Dev-version, but it didn't help.

Lightbox 2 does not currently integrate with Media. Please see #1240794: Support for media module for progress on integration between the two modules.

So beforethe the issue in Ligthbox2 have been fixed, so it's no usefull to use Media-module.

Exactly. The goal with Media module is to provide the basic common functions needed for working with media on a Drupal site and provide good API's making it easy to develop modules that extends it with for example integration with lightbox or similar 3rd party libraries.

In the end this will give you both many more choices and higher quality.
