I want to use some latest features and need to upgrade to the dev version, but always failed.

Needs help!

Also failed on the latest git 7.x-1.x branch. I'm really need to upgrade right now in my existing site.

Just want to say it's not a php mem limit problem.

This is probably related to #1340748-29: Add CTools relationship. I pushed a fix, could you please test with the dev version (that will be packaged in a couple of hours).
