If the stock module says stock is 0, the 'Add to cart' button changes to 'Out of stock'.
In that scenario, "Add to wishlist" should work, but it doesn't. Instead following error is shown:

Maximum quantity of Product name that can be purchased is 0

First guess is that this problem has to do with the form validator for add to cart firing first, resulting in form not validating.
