Articles don't display in categories.

After I installed the article module, I configured it to my existing story categories. However, I can't understand why the individual article names aren't being displayed when you get to the bottom of the category.
The number indicator at the end of the category title displays the appropriate number of articles in the category, but the category says "There are currently no posts in this category."
I'm not sure what this is attributed to, and I've tried playing with the taxonomy, module settings, and anything else that I thought may help, but nothing has worked.

Well, now I have some articles that will display in the correct category, but others that won't. I've compared articles that appear to ones that don't and I can't find any differences. They are formatted the same, categorized the same, written by the same person and, in most cases, written consecutively.
I'm even more confused than before.

I think I know what you are talking about, and if I am correct it will be fixed in the next release of the module for Drupal 4.6.
