What are your thoughts on integrating facebook open graph meta tags so that it doesn't just share the url (ex. www.yoursite.com/node/24). This looks sloppy. Ideally it should pull the nodes title , content teaser, image, etc. Anyone know how to accomplish this?

I am also looking for the same functionality. Would like my site to share a custom description for my content such as Images, iframe videos, as well as iframe soundcloud displays. If anyone can help it is greatly appreciated.
