My webcam can do 640x480 pictures, but mugshot only gives me 160x120. I'd really like the option to get larger pictures out of mugshot, combined with a thumbnail-creation option so I could use the "latest mugshot" block.

Thumbnail creation could probably make use of callbacks into image.module, which does this already.

There is a new release of this module.
The resolution is now of 640x480 for the capture :-)
