I've installed the module and set a default address. When i get to the checkout screen it won't load the default address as required.

I've also checked the admin settings checkbox in the checkout settings (/admin/store/settings/addresses/edit) to make addresses to load.

What could be stopping my addresses from loading?

This is probably caused by an other module. I know Ubercart Addresses 6.x-1.x is not compatible with Ubercart Checkout Tweaks. If you don't have that module installed, can you try to disable modules until you find out which module conflicts? If you know which module conflicts, I may be able to find out why the address form at checkout doesn't get prefilled.

Ah yes thank you that would be it. I have installed ubercart checkout tweaks.
