If format is not set for fields an error will be thrown

This might be more of a documentation request than a bug. However, if you create your CCK content types and do no specifically set the duplicate fields to allow user inputed formats the table is not set up properly for the conversion module. When the conversion runs the format of old flexinode nodes will not be transfered over and you will get an SQL error for every node. If you don't specifically fix the code you might want to at least alert people to make sure to set of their CCK fields to allow user input of formats.
