Seems there is already a documentation page for Workflow module (http://drupal.org/node/872876). Creating a link from the project page (on Resources) could help new users and get regulars to improve it.

I've yet to find the Resources tab (I suspect b/c I'm not the owner, just a co-main.) but I've added it to the text of the front page so it's on there now.
