Hi,

I have two problems:

1. I can't put php code on source code appearing like text. Text should appear bigger font, different color and link, instead of that it appear php source.

2. How to put

code in source code required by my affiliate program? When I put it it's dissapear. Please help

This question is not clear. My guess is you are putting PHP code into node body. Therefore the answer is don't do that.
If you receive PHP code, then ask a developer to add it to your site.
