There is a dutch summer of code. Deadline june 1st. http://www.programmeerzomer.nl/

You need to be a student and Dutch to be eligible to apply. It could pay 3600,- euro.

Drupal must apply as a mentor organisation (and add projects) before you can work on a Drupal project.
