Empty Queue but....Not

Description
I put all of my stories in the node queue (using 5.1) via Node Queue Builder and even though on the main admin page for the queues it will say 'Max Nodes: 4, In Queue: 3" ... only two are actually showing up when I click on 'View' For others, where one is entered, none show up in the list and it says Queue is Empty.
Any ideas?
