I have a product whose total package size measures to 115 inches. This places it in the OVERSIZE category, at least according to the USPS quote module.

Unfortunately, the only response I get is:
undefined: Package size must be 'Regular' or 'Large.'

Here's the debug info:

API=RateV4&XML=<RateV4Request USERID="redacted"><Revision>2</Revision><Package ID="0"><Service>ALL</Service><ZipOrigination>75287</ZipOrigination><ZipDestination>12201</ZipDestination><Pounds>20</Pounds><Ounces>0.0</Ounces><Container>VARIABLE</Container><Size>OVERSIZE</Size><Machinable>False</Machinable></Package></RateV4Request>

<?xml version="1.0"?>

Looks like a duplicate of #1364508: USPS error: Dimensions are missing for package; unable to calculate postage., the dimensions are not actually sent to USPS.
