We're working on fixing the Views integration. Since the release of Views 3 the 2.x branches of Similar Entries are no longer compatible with Views. See #1345954: Views 3 incompatibility to track this issue.

Update: I think you'll find that most of the bugs in the new Views integrated version(s) of Similar Entries have been worked out. Also, I ported version 1.x to D7 as well.
