Since I just now need this module, but I see that the latest version is a half year old..
Maybe i'ts an idea to indicate on the project page which patches are recommended at this point (with links)

I normally wait to have a few patches "reviewed & tested by the community" before making a new release. Anyway, I try to give all (most) of them a look before the end of the month.

I have tested the patches and the ones I recommend have been committed to the dev version. the packaging script will make a new version available in about 6 1/2 hours...
