User selectable option?

This feature request for a user selectable checkbox, activating or deactivating Glossary, either in user options or in a block, a div or elsewhere, immediately directs the user's attention toward what could be a critical tool for comprehending concepts and terminology, while, in a logical logical fasion, at the same time acts to increase the visitor's rate of comprehension of said content.
