Undefined index notice from meta_ui after running update.php. How to proceed?

This was a test version of a beta5 site, with manual fix of repeat event bug. May have updated a few modules manually. See attached images for update to beta7a results.

This issue may be due to the particular combination of module versions you have after manually updating certain modules.
