can't get it to work

i have the meta tags module installed and i put a bunch of keywords in the settings page but when i view my home page source it's not showing. i have the barroness theme installed and the website is nintendo-wii-modchips.com
please help me get meta tags, keywords, and descriptions in the code

My page.tpl.php does have the following:

print $head_title

print $head
print $styles
print $scripts

"Tags to show on edit form"
"Select the meta tags you want to be able to edit on the edit page of nodes, terms and vocabularies."

there's no tags to select under there. how do i add tags to show under there

please help
