I just reverted the drupal.org/contribute/support page to the December 12, 2011 version (http://drupal.org/node/317293/revisions/view/1881020/1882772) The user deleted all the content of the page and wrote his support question. An e-mail will be sent to him regarding proper support channels after I posted this issue.

Checking his comments on other issues, they seem spammish. 1 comment has already been deleted. Further investigation showed that he is a real person and he uses his real name on his profile, so maybe he is just new (as he also has a non-spam comment). A spam warning will also be sent to him right after posting this.
