Im testing in WLW, by this way:

Installed Services 3.1 Module
Installed BlogAPI module

Activated:

Services
BlogAPI
MetaWeblog Provider for BlogAPI
MovableType Provider for BlogAPI
Old Blogger Provider for BlogAPI
XMLRPC Server

Verifying permissions... Ok
Enable content types
Tested in: MetaWeblog, MovableType and Old Blogger Provider

Tested with old path: www.mysite.com/xmlrpc.php
Failed: Bad username or password

Tested with new path: www.mysite.com/blogapi/xmlrcp
Fail 1 with post with images: You exceed limit of 0mb uploads
...Verifying, im set at 10MB, my picture is only 10kb.
Fail 2: Removing the image. I got error: "403 You do not have permission to create this type of post."

All permissions are ok... I don't know what to do. Tested in MetaWeblog, MovableType and Old Blogger Provider with Windows Live Writer 15.4.3538, no plugins.

I forgot to say, tested with superadmin account too.

In services config, i enabled all resources... First in different combinations... Finish with all enabled.
