Thanks for this great piece of work!
On a fairly complex commerce install, I get this error here:

Unknown data property commerce_product. i EntityStructureWrapper->getPropertyInfo() (linje 339 av /home/farald/www/allerbok/public_html/sites/all/modules/contrib/entity/includes/entity.wrapper.inc).

Could this be because it looks trough line items which don't have any commerce_product references? Shipping and other line items don't have this reference.

Ah, found that commenting out the default: in the switches in commerce_reports.module got the results correct.
