Is it possible to add macro 'Assign to team member' together with a stock response?

Members of a bug squad could this way easily pre route issues to the most appropriate team member.

The list of team members is per project changing.

A stock response could be:

"Triaged @assign2member()" +
"A project specific text explaining the reason why it's triaged etc."

Not sure whether this is a good feature but I'll ask others.
