The modules load a link every time the preview button in checked, so if you push the preview button 10 times, you'll have, as result, 10 related links in the relative block that are all the same link repeated for 10 times.
And there is no way to cancel the 10 related links produced by the module (it would be nice that the related links are loaded everytime in the preview related links window inside the preview form so it would be possible to cancel related links that are not wanted or the same link repeated more than once).
