I can not use it when I edit any node.
But it works when I create a new node.

Try configuring "visibility" in the TinyMCE options (Admin-Options-TinyMCE-select profile), for example,

node/add/*
node/*/edit

"*" corresponds as a wilcard for every node

This will work for content type instructions

admin/settings/content-types/*

and so on,
