Sorry, if this is already included in the documentation. I am getting a 404 error when I go to the documentation.

I would like to see a list of all of the Community Tags for all nodes with the option to Promote them to the core taxonomy list. I see there is a tag management screen on each node, but I want to see all of the Community Tags for all nodes. Can a view be written to do this with the CT views add-ons?
