Reordering the Primary Links

I have been adding new menu items to the primary links, however it does not appear that there is a way for me to re-order them. Can anyone enlighten me on how to re-order these? Thanks!
Set the weight
Each menu item has a weight associated with it lighter menu items (those with a lower weight value) will float to the top and heavier ones (those with a higher weight value) will sink to the bottom. Items of the same weight are sorted in alphabetical order.
