When a view is added as a view pane, the edit links only appear if the selected display is master.

I've attached an export of a simplified panel and view that illustrate the issue.

Could you try exporting the page again? It fails to import for me.

Unable to get an import from the code. Errors reported: No item found.

Dupe of #1461870: Contextual links (cogs) for my views panes are missing (theme dependent), I believe. I'll close this one, if folks don't mind.
