When i post images as a reply in the fourms, the image is not displayed in the msg body. How do i enable this?

You mean this forum? As in drupal.org? Images aren't allowed for security reasons. If you mean your own forums, you need to use one of the various image modules or use the upload module and put in the HTML.

hi i read your answer but wai i wanna do is that one type of users should send the message to other users where in an image is attached alond with that some text is also written.

or i can also say that the user can send an image already previously present in his gallery to a message to be sent to other user
