Data Stick in variable field will not delete

Hello-
Somehow the block theme is picking up data from our block content field. This data was never entered in this field and the data is from a previous edit and not current.
When we delete it and save it still does not delete.

We have tried disabling the module but it does not help.
We have scoured the DB but do not see where this would be stored.
